New Silverback Society Website Launch

We are pleased to announce the upcoming launch of our brand new website! After two months of hard work and dedication, we are nearly ready to launch this our new look.

Our goal with this new website is to provide our visitors an easier way to learn about Silverback services and also to allow the visitor to browse information based on their own choice. The new website is interactive and gives better access to About Us, our Curriculum, How Join a Mentoring Team, How to Enroll As a Guest Speaker and How To Donate. Our current and prospective partner schools will find useful information about our services on the homepage of our website.

We will be constantly updating our content with helpful information, articles, blogs, newsletters, announcements and Silverback successes in the News section.

We hope you find the new website with a fresh look and easy to access information, a valuable source of information for those who visit our site.

Stay Tuned!

Our Boys Matter

As men who work tirelessly to ensure our young men have the tools necessary to be leaders in their homes and communities and citizens who also value the work of law enforcement professionals, we are deeply impacted by recent events in our country. Therefore this upcoming school year as we progress through our "Six Week Successful Manhood Curriculum" we will work to weave in discussions, solutions as well as bring in law enforcement professionals to address these recent events. We will keep you informed on our efforts!

Continuous Improvement

Our mentors have been coming together in small groups in Aughst over lunch at the JuJu Bag Cafe in Gentilly. During these sessions our mentors discuss the upcoming school year and how we can continue to make what we do more effective and relevant. Mentors give their ideas and suggestions for program improvement based on their experience from the previous year.

The value of this input and feedback is essential to delivering a world-class program to our mentees!
